There are only a few days left for song submissions for the Six String Bliss Trans-Genred project.
This will be the sixth album released by Six String Bliss, the longest running guitar podcast on the internet. As with all of the previous projects, listeners are asked to submit a song that fits within the framework of a central theme. For Trans-Genred participants are asked to record a song in a style other than the one in which it was originally performed. Unlike the previous five albums the theme for this one was chosen by the Six String Bliss Community via votes cast on the forum. The project has already garnered entries from five countries and, as of this writing, has had more submissions than any other album and more collaborations than any of its’ predecessors. It also marks the first “live” recording for an album using equipment that sustained damage from the Nashville Flood.
All submissions need to be in mp3 format. Please email your submission and liner notes to firstname.lastname@example.org. Liner notes can be anything about the track, but try to keep them relatively short; one or two paragraphs.
