Metallica’s 2 week recording project

In May this year Metallica plan to undertake a radical (for them) recording project. Start to finish they’re aiming to wrap up an album within a fortnight.

As Kirk Hammett told Rolling Stone, “We want to record it in two weeks. It’s not really 100 per cent a Metallica record. It’s more a recording project than a bona fide Metallica. Whether or not we can pull it off in just two weeks remains to be seen.”
