Billy Gibbons & Butch Trucks To Be Honored By Adopt The Arts
The legendary Roxy will be the spot to be on January 12, 2015. Adopt The Arts will be honoring Billy Gibbons of ZZ Top and Butch Trucks of The Allman Brothers Band. 
Gibbons and Trucks are the honorees but there will be plenty of special guests throughout the evening. Already confirmed for the evening are Duff McKagan of Guns N Roses, Edgar Winter, Franky Perez, Jimmy Vivino and Steve Lukather. There are sure to be additional guests announced between today and the evening of the show. If that group of musicians isn’t enough the house band for the evening will be The Disreputable Few.
The Adopt The Arts charity is based out of LA. Proceeds raised at the event will be donated to the music programs from LAUSD elementary schools. The charity was formed by Matt Sorum from Guns N Roses and Abby Berman.
