Lemmy’s Back!

Posted 16 Apr 2014 in Artist News

Good news, everyone! As you may or may not remember, heavy rock legends Motorhead have been forced to cancel and postpone a number of live dates due to the health concerns of frontman Lemmy Kilmister. However, as April 11th, the group is back to perform live once more! The comeback show, as it’s been dubbed, took place at Club Nokia out in Los Angeles. Interestingly enough, the band was actually joined by Slash for the finale, which was “Overkill” and “Ace of Spades” (of course).

Lemmy Is Back

Eyewitness reports seem to indicate that Lemmy seemed to be in decent health, though it was evident that he was a bit thinner and frailer than before he went through his ordeal. Still, it’s great to hear that this living legend is back at it again, as a lack of Motorhead shows would be a real loss for the heavy metal scene. However, with things back to normal (more or less), we can hopefully expect Lemmy and the rest of Motorhead to embark on their own cruise line this summer.
