Grohl, Slash and Metallica set for “Lemmy: The Movie”

Anyone Can Play Guitar, fan funded indie film

The director of an independent film about the Oxford music scene is looking for fans to help pay for its release. Anyone Can Play Guitar has been three years in the making and distils over 300 hours of footage into a one-and-a-half hour feature-length documentary. Gallagher plans to make Beatles biopic

Liam Gallagher is set to make a film about the final years of The Beatles. The former Oasis frontman is planning to adapt The Longest Cocktail Party, a memoir written by the Beatles’ “house hippy” in the 1960s, Richard DiLello.
