Gibson stolen while newlyweds party

As Michael and Melanie Apostolous celebrated their wedding, their apartment was broken into and a much loved Gibson, a laptop and a TV were stolen. It later transpired that the man accused as the thief was one of their guests. Investigators have been able to recover the laptop but the other items are still missing.

Cornell Jackson of Madison Heights, MI, is accused of breaking into the couple’s apartment. He was charged Friday with home invasion and receiving stolen property. He is being held on $55,000 bond.

If convicted, he faces up to 15 years in prison.
