Phish January 2 Show Being Streamed At Highline Ballroom Will Benefit The Waterwheel Foundation

Posted 29 Dec 2014 in News

If you aren’t going to be in Miami on January 2nd for the final show of Phish’s New Year’s run you can still catch a stream of the show and help out the Waterwheel Foundation while you are at it. If you are in New York and can get over to the Highline Ballroom on January 2nd, you can catch a live stream of the final Phish show in Miami.  While the band is on stage at the American Airlines Arena fans in New York can join the party.  If you aren’t familiar with the Waterwheel Foundation it was started by the band back in 1997.  The Waterwheel Foundation is the hub of all of Phish’s charitable activities.

There is a touring section of the Waterwheel Foundation that chooses per-deterimined non-profit organizations that will receive donations when Phish rolls through their town.  The foundation does a lot of good for a lot of people as well as the environment so if you are in the area of the streaming party this is a great way to show some support and give back to those less fortunate…oh yeah….and hear some PHISH!

You can order reserved VIP tickets for $20 or try out the general admission tickets for $10.  Either way your money goes to a good cause and you are sure to have a great time.  Ticketing information can be found here.
