A 29 year old Sonoma County man is facing life in prison without the possibility of parole after being foud guilty of killing noted guitar maker Taku Sakashita. Joshua Begley shouted an expletive and slammed his hand on a table as the guilty verdict was read. Begley had to be restrained by deputies. Police arrest guitar-wielding liquor thief

A man with a guitar who tried to steal alcohol today from a liquor store in Moreno Valley was taken into custody. At 3:21 p.m., the man tried to leave a Rite Aid with bottles of alcohol. He briefly wrestled with the store manager before fleeing, but the manager and a clerk followed the man and called sheriff’s deputies, who had the suspect in custody, according to the sheriff’s department. Police in central Florida say a man dressed as the “Sesame Street” character was attacked Saturday at a music store in Winter Park Village, but Elmo was able to fend him off.
